• Details: As a 13 year juvenile, Tatum was arrested for attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment but was convicted for indecent liberties. Tatum approached a female college student whom he did not know. He lured her into a church under the false pretext of looking for a lost pet. Once inside he attacked her.
